How the desk learns from the journal

How the desk learns from the journal

The journal is where you log the idea, the pass, or the trade. Process first. The desk reads that record over time.

Friday, Atlas, and Sparks follow a locked process. They read journal outcomes and adherence. They use that to veto weak names, refine awareness tags, and fine-tune which names make the shortlist. The loop is closed on what actually happened, not on what the model hoped.

They get better from the journal. They do not place the order. No AI in the system routes an order to a broker. Autotrader is not live and is not on sale.

You still own the decision. Logging the pass is as useful as logging the trade. Over weeks the desk sees which structures you take and which you leave. That feedback stays inside the process. It does not become a public performance claim.

Process note. No entry recipes. No book names. You decide and you execute.
