1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PerpetuWealth (the “Service”), operated by PerpetuWealth Ltd (company number 15133789, registered in England & Wales), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

PerpetuWealth provides research, analytics, educational content and trade-idea journaling tools. We are not a broker, investment adviser, or financial promoter under FSMA 2000. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance
• Payments are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy
• Prices include VAT at the prevailing UK rate
• We may change subscription fees with 30 days’ notice

4. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed the members-only areas (dashboard, live entries, journal, AI intel). Once you log in to the restricted areas, you expressly waive this cooling-off right.

5. Account Responsibilities

You must be 18 or over, keep your password confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, charts, scanners and branding are owned by PerpetuWealth Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service, nor use automated tools to scrape data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PerpetuWealth Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, nor for any trading losses you incur. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
