1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PerpetuWealth (the “Service”), operated by PerpetuWealth Ltd (company number 16939977, registered in England & Wales), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

PerpetuWealth provides research, market intel, dynamic focus lists, educational content, and a trading journal. We are not a broker, investment adviser, or financial promoter under FSMA 2000. Nothing on the platform is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security.

Names on a list are candidates, not instructions. The desk does not place orders. You review, size, and execute on your own broker. Autotrader is not live and not on sale. Titanium (education) is scheduled for Easter 2027 and is not included in Bronze to Platinum today. You are responsible for whether use of the Service is permitted where you live.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• Monthly and annual plans are billed in advance via Stripe.
• Bronze to Platinum are the live product. Titanium is not on sale until it opens.
• Prices are in GBP. VAT treatment follows the prevailing UK rules.
• We may change fees with 30 days’ notice.
• Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

4. Cooling-off and digital content

UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you request immediate access to members content and log in, you acknowledge that digital content has begun and that this may affect the statutory cooling-off right under Regulation 37. Our commercial 30-day money-back is set out in the Refund Policy and applies as stated there.

5. Your account

You must be 18 or over. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for every trade you place.

6. Intellectual property

Content, code, charts, lists, and branding are owned by PerpetuWealth Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Prohibited use

You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service, or use automated tools to scrape it.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PerpetuWealth Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for trading losses you incur. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
