PerpetuWealth Ltd (16939977) is the controller. We process personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, and billing details processed by Stripe.
- Usage data: IP address, browser, pages visited, and product events.
- Journal entries and tags you choose to store. You control what you write.
- Telegram identifiers if you join a members or owner channel.
- Support emails and waitlist signups (including Titanium interest).
How we use it
To provide the Service, process payments, send service messages, operate Telegram channels, improve the desk from aggregated journal patterns, and — only with consent — marketing. We do not sell your data.
Legal bases
Contract (to deliver the membership), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (marketing), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
Sharing
Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, Telegram for channel delivery, and PocketBase for member data. Processors act on our instructions. We do not share journal contents publicly.
Retention
Account data is kept while you are a member and for a limited period after, as needed for accounting and disputes. You can request deletion of journal content subject to legal holds.
