Statutory cooling-off
UK and EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You may cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that initial charge, subject to the digital-content rule below.
30-day money-back
In addition to the statutory right, we offer a 30-day money-back on your first paid period. Email us within 30 days of the first charge and we will refund that period. This is a commercial guarantee. It does not apply to renewals, upgrades after the first period, or to Titanium or automation interest lists (those are not paid products today).
Digital content
Members content is digital and available as soon as you log in. If you request immediate access and use the members area, the statutory cooling-off right may be affected under Regulation 37. The 30-day commercial guarantee still applies as stated above for the first paid period.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. We do not refund unused time on renewals outside the windows above.
How to request a refund
Email support@perpetuwealth.com with your name, account email, and the Stripe receipt or transaction ID. We process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
